As our website is not yet complete, any orders sent by email from our downloaded catalogue should not have Card Numbers included for security reasons.

Please include a daytime telephone number and we will call to ask for your card details and to inform carriage on your order.

As some items are produced to order there may be one or two days delay in processing an order in this instance

If items are out of stock we will usually notify you of this at the time of your order and inform you of any delay.

Shipping cost is usually charged at around 10% of the order value with a minimum charge of £1.50

This however can vary as items such as heavy Batteries attract a heavier carriage charge.

Any variation in shipping cost will be notified to you when you place your order.

Back ordered items are not charged to your card until time of despatch, unless by prior arrangement or they are a small part of a large order marked to follow.
